Greetings from a well-chilled American girl living in England!

The wind here has been rather cold and biting these last few days.  I think it comes over from Russia (or at least that’s what I hear….).

Friday morning, Vicki Gross arrived safely in Salford.  Praise God!

Vicki works for AIM at the office and helps process applicants to get them to the field.  Without her, I would have no team!  Currently, she is visiting us for 12 days so that she better understands missions in England.  As she recruits new participants, she will be able to give a first hand account of l
ife and ministry in England.  I am really excited to have her here with us!  Yea!!  Thank you Lord!

Prayer requests for my team:
–Shannon’s knee has been bothering him for more than a month now.  Every time we see a doctor, there is nothing wrong.  Yet he continues to have a lot of pain on certain days.
–Kim and Vicki both have blisters on their feet, which is a big hindrance in a culture where you walk about 6-10 miles a day.

Prayer requests for my ministry:
–My one-on-one discipleship times with three of the girls (Marilyn, Katie & Kim) each week
–Our growing relationship with ministry partners here

Prayer requests for my family:
–My uncle Glen has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma and is beginning chemo

Prayer requests for me:
–A dynamic and growing relationship with the Lord
–Health (which has been good so far, praise God!)
–Discernment with the use of my and the team’s time in ministry
–Financial support (I need $500/month more in pledges)
