Pray for Healing

Hi everyone

Please pray for my Uncle Glen.  He has been battling several cancers for a couple of years now.  Two nights ago he took a serious turn for the worse.  He had a successful bone marrow transplant recently, but the chemo beforehand damaged his liver and kidneys. 

As of last night, he is on life support and dialysis machines because those organs are shutting down.  They are also administering an experimental drug from Italy.  The doctors say the drug will either 100% work and lead to a 100% recovery or the drug will not work at all and he will soon go home to the Lord.  These next few days are critical. 

My Uncle Glen is a believer so it’s truly okay either way, but please pray for healing as you read this.  Drug or no drug, I still believe in a God who does miracles all the time.  Pray that God would be glorified in this situation.

Please pray also for Glen’s wife Debbie and their three children – Eric (22), Joel (18) and Jill (14).  Especially pray that Debbie will be able to sleep.  Even when she has time to, she is unable because her mind keeps spinning with all that is going on.  Also pray for the kids to see the Lord in this.  I’m not sure which of them know the Lord, but some do and some don’t.
